I placed & paid for an order at Mule Camp on 10/7 and was told it would be ready the following Wednesday due to the size and color being unavailable at her booth. (Even though her post from that day says "TONS of items in stock) After not hearing from her, I called to check the status the order the folowing Thursday. I was then told the item was on backorder and had not shipped yet and that she would call and update me when it arrived.

I called yesterday and spoke to Cortney. I requested an arrangement for delivery. She made some suggestions and came up with a very unique custom vase and arrangement to match. Stunning is all I can say. She earned my business back in February and I've had my expectations exceeded every time.

However, NONE of it looked like what I had ordered. I feel like she grabbed what she had on hand and just threw it together. The onsie is a cheap gerber onsie that costs around $1, the pants are Garanimals $5 from Wal Mart. I told her at Mule Camp I wanted chevron print on the bulldog, and the hat is supposed to be red thread. I paid $24 for this.

Poor quality arrangement for $50. Arrangement had 6 roses that have turned and wilted the same day as delivery. Lots of greenery and inexpensive flowers as a filler. Vase was too small. Water was dirty and there was no ribbon.

When 3:30 rolled around I still hadn't heard from her so I gave her a call and she said she had stepped out of her shop to run an errand and that my item was at her home so it would be clpser to 5pm when we could meet. Oh and by the way she "couldn't find a black onsie at Carter's, so she had to get a white one instead" amd she "doesn't normally keep 12m in stock" (would have been nice to know). I waited around to meet her at 4:45 and was finally able to get my item.

Another week went by and I had become impatient because I was hoping to have the outfit in time for the GA/FLA game. I called the shop number & sent a facebook message and did not recieve a reply until I left a comment on a post that has since been deleted. When I finally was able to speak to her on the phone, I was then told the item still had not arrived and that she would go purchase the color and size I ordered from Carter's and have it ready for me the following afternoon. We agreed to meet the following afternoon around 3:30/4pm.

The owner Cortney is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable! She is doing the flowers for my wedding in July and has been so helpful! Highly recommend her for any of your floral needs!!

I would have been more understanding had she called me and updated me on the status sooner without me having to call and check. Also had she used a better quality onsie and pants I would have felt like I got my money's worth. She did offer to give me the black onsie when it arrives...whenever that will be.
